Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RZMEE (rzmee.com), operated by TENLABs ("we"). By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

RZMEE is a paid online service for foreigners seeking employment in Korea: the career information you submit is completed into a Korean-format resume that meets Korean document-screening standards, applying know-how from people experienced in Korean hiring. The entire process takes place online, and all deliverables are digital files.

2. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Payple, a licensed Korean electronic payment gateway; the merchant of record is TENLABs. Prices include VAT. Plans: Starter (1 resume + 1 job-tailored version) KRW 50,000 promotional (regular KRW 100,000); Basic (1 resume + 3 tailored versions) KRW 150,000; Pro (1 resume + 5 tailored versions) KRW 185,000. Additional tailored versions: KRW 25,000 each or 3 for KRW 60,000. If you request any additional service or feature, its content and price are disclosed and separately agreed before payment.

3. Service start and delivery

The service begins the moment your payment is completed: the questionnaire link is provided immediately after payment. We do not sell in advance of a separate start date. Once you complete the questionnaire, production begins; your screen shows the status “In production”, and as soon as it is complete we deliver the finished file (PDF/DOCX) to the email you provided.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to hold the rights to content you submit. You must not submit false or unlawful content.

5. Results

We work to improve your resume and its chances of passing document screening. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including screening results, interviews, or employment.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our methods and materials. You receive the completed resume for your personal job-search use.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Because each resume is produced individually to your order, your right to withdraw is limited once production begins. We apply that limit only on three conditions: (1) it is disclosed in advance on the payment screen; (2) you give separate consent to it before payment is taken; and (3) before production begins we refund in full, no reason required. 8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect losses.
