Refund Policy

Buy with confidence. This policy follows Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and standard practice for resumes completed individually to order.

Full refund before we start

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin working on your resume, no reason required. Entering your basic information or attaching your existing resume does not start production. Production starts only when you submit your first questionnaire answer with the Next or Save button; automatic drafts do not count.

After work begins

Your resume is produced individually for you. Work begins when you submit your first questionnaire answer, and we record that time. Because this is a made-to-order service, once work has begun your order can no longer be cancelled for a change of mind, as permitted under Korean e-commerce law for individually produced services and digital content once provision has begun. If we are at fault or fail to deliver, you remain entitled to a refund.

After delivery

Once your resume file has been delivered, the service has been fully provided and is not refundable, except where required by law.

Disclosure and consent

Because withdrawal is limited once work begins, we show this clearly before payment and you confirm it at checkout. If we fail to give this notice, your statutory withdrawal right is not affected.

How refunds are processed

Email talkto@rzmee.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned via the payment gateway (Payple) to your original payment method. When the reversal appears on your statement depends on your card issuer’s own processing. We do not charge you any fee for a refund.
