RZMEE Terms of Service
Effective date: October 16, 2026
Article 1 Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using RZMEE (rzmee.com, the "Service"), which is operated by TENLABs (텐랩스) (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and members.
Article 2 Definitions
- "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and signed up.
- "Materials" means the files and content that a member uploads to the Service or writes in directly (resumes, work history notes, written-in work history), answers to questions, what the member writes in edit requests, the job applied for and the job posting, and personal details.
- "Documents" means all outputs that the Service makes based on the materials and gives to the member. This includes the Korean resume and cover letter, their files (DOCX and PDF) and previews, new versions made through edit requests, and the reading version of the documents in the member's language (the "copy in my language").
- "Result report" means a member telling the Service the result of applying with the documents. It includes "pass verification", in which a member reports a document-screening pass and uploads a capture of the pass notice to have it confirmed.
- "Free build" means the right of a member whose pass verification has been confirmed to build documents once for free after the official launch.
- "Beta service" means a trial service provided free of charge to a set number of people before the official launch.
- "Points" means the unit used in the Service to build documents, save edit requests or get the copy in my language. Points that the Company grants free of charge during the beta period are called "beta points".
Article 3 Service based on generative AI
- The Service operates based on generative AI (large language models). The Company uses generative AI to read materials, organize work history, create questions, write and check the text of documents, handle edit requests, make the copy in my language, and check pass verification captures.
- The Company uses AI models through outside providers. Under their contracts and policies, these providers do not use members' materials to train AI. The providers that receive materials and how long they keep them are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 4 Posting and changes to these Terms
- The Company posts these Terms and its company information (company name, address, phone number, email and business registration number) on the home screen of the Service and on linked screens.
- The Company may change these Terms to the extent that this does not violate relevant laws. When making a change, the Company announces the effective date, the reasons for the change, and a comparison of the text before and after the change on the Service screen, starting 7 days before the effective date. If the change is unfavorable to members or concerns important matters, the Company announces it starting 30 days before the effective date and also notifies members separately by email.
- If the Company, when giving notice under paragraph 2, clearly states that members who do not express refusal by the effective date will be deemed to have agreed, and a member still does not express refusal, the member is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
- A member who does not agree to the changed Terms may delete their account under Article 20.
Article 5 Interpretation and language of these Terms
- Matters not covered by these Terms follow relevant laws and general commercial practice.
- The original text of these Terms is in Korean. Translations into other languages are for reference to help understanding, and if a translation differs from the original, the Korean original prevails.
Article 6 Formation of the service agreement
- The service agreement is formed when a person who wishes to sign up agrees to these Terms and applies to sign up, and the Company then approves the application. The Company gives notice of approval by email and on the Service screen, and the agreement is formed when that notice arrives.
- During the beta period, the Company approves applications within a set number of people, based on the application details (country or region, where the applicant lives, current status, work experience, whether they already have a resume, target job, and reason for applying). When the limit is reached, the Company may stop accepting new applications or delay approval.
- The Company may decline to approve an application in any of the following cases. If the Company learns of such a case after approval, it may terminate the agreement following the procedure in Article 20.
- The application uses another person's information
- The application contains false information
- The applicant is under 14 years of age
- The applicant's use was restricted for violating these Terms, and less than 1 year has passed since they deleted their account
- The purpose is to resell the Service or documents to others, for example by selling document-writing services
- If there is not enough capacity in the facilities for providing the Service, or if there is a technical problem, the Company may delay approval until the cause is resolved.
Article 7 Account management
- Each person may use only one account. An account may not be shared with or transferred to another person, and members do not tell anyone else the login code they receive by email.
- The Company does not use passwords. It confirms members with a login code sent by email or with their Google or Kakao account, and protects accounts by keeping login records. If the Company finds signs in the login records that someone else has used an account, or if the member lets the Company know, the Company logs that account out everywhere it is signed in and notifies the member by email.
- If it appears that another person's materials have been added to an account, the Company notifies the member on screen. If the member proceeds anyway, the earlier documents and materials can no longer be seen on this account's screens, and they are deleted together with the other materials when the account is deleted.
Article 8 Changes to member information
Members can change their personal details at any time in "Manage my profile", on the "Confirm work history" screen before the documents are built, and in the editor on the Documents screen after they are built, and can change the screen language (account language) from the language menu in the top bar. The name (in English and Korean spelling) is confirmed when the member moves on to the questions from the "Confirm work history" screen while building the first documents, and after that only the spelling can be fixed. On the "Confirm work history" screen or in "Manage my profile", fixing a few letters of the originally confirmed name takes effect immediately, and a name that differs more than that is corrected by the Company after checking. To change the login email, please make a request by email.
Article 9 Notices to members
- The Company gives notices through the email address the member entered when signing up and on the Service screen.
- For matters to be announced to all members, posting on the Service screen for 7 days or more may replace individual notices. However, matters that significantly affect a member's own use are notified separately by email.
- Advertising information and personalized recommendations are sent only when the member has separately consented, and the member can stop them at any time.
Article 10 Description of the Service
The Service is provided in the following order.
- Entering the job or job posting to apply for
- Uploading materials (files) or writing them in directly. If documents have been built before, importing past work history and adding experience
- Checking the organized work history and personal details
- Answering questions
- Building the documents, previewing them, and downloading the files (DOCX, PDF)
- Getting the copy in my language (optional)
- Edit requests (choosing lines or sentences in the documents to fix them, with a new version made when saving; this includes viewing earlier versions and going back to them)
- Result report, pass verification and "Send feedback"
Article 11 Beta service
- The beta service is free of charge. The Company does not move members who were using the beta service to a paid service without their consent.
- During the beta period, members build documents, save edit requests and get the copy in my language with the beta points granted by the Company. The points required are shown on screen before they are used, and for edit requests, points are deducted only after the member sees the points to be deducted in the confirmation window and confirms the save. Documents are built once per order; anything to fix afterwards is fixed through edit requests, and building from scratch requires a new order. However, if there is not enough content to make the documents, the Company may ask more questions before providing them, and once the member answers, the same build is finished with those answers.
- The features and screens of the beta service may change during operation. Important changes that are unfavorable to members are announced in advance in the same way as in Article 4.
- When the Company ends the beta service and changes it into the official service, it notifies members by email. Accounts, materials and documents made carry over to the official service as they are, and remaining beta points are canceled under paragraph 5. The paid conditions of the official service are announced in advance under Article 13, and payment is made only when the member separately agrees. The same email also explains how to use the free build in the official service.
- Beta points are granted free of charge and have no cash value. They cannot be refunded as money or transferred to another person, and can be used only within the beta service. If building documents, saving an edit request or making the copy in my language cannot be completed because of an error on the Company's side, the points used are returned. The Company may change the amount granted and the points required when needed for operation, and such changes do not apply to points used before the change. Remaining beta points are all canceled before the official service starts.
Article 12 Changes to and suspension of the Service
- The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service in any of the following cases.
- Inspection, replacement or breakdown of equipment, or communication failures
- Outages or policy changes at outside providers used by the Service (cloud, AI model providers, email delivery providers)
- Power outages, natural disasters or national emergencies
- The Company announces a suspension before suspending the Service. If there is a reason it cannot give notice in advance, it gives notice right after the suspension.
- If the Service stops during a build, the materials and answers the member submitted are kept as they are, and after the Company identifies the cause, the build continues from the step where it stopped.
Article 13 Paid services
When the Company starts paid services after the official launch, it sets the price, content, and payment and refund conditions in these Terms or in separate terms, and announces them in advance. Payment is made only when a member separately agrees and applies.
Article 14 Member commitments about materials
- Members upload and answer only facts about their own experience. They do not write things they did not do, work history, education or qualifications they do not have, or exaggerated figures.
- Members upload materials containing another person's personal information or copyrighted work only when they have that person's consent or the right to do so.
- Please do not upload information about health, religion or race, or resident registration numbers, alien registration numbers or passport numbers. If materials contain them, please cover them before uploading. The Company does not use such information in documents.
Article 15 Rights to materials and documents
- The materials a member uploads and the documents the Service makes belong to the member. Members may freely edit the documents and use them in their applications.
- Members permit the Company to use their materials to the extent needed to provide the Service (building documents, handling result reports and pass verification, and responding to inquiries). If the member consents to personalized recommendations and ads, this also includes use to the extent needed for that. This permission is free of charge and non-exclusive, and it ends when the member deletes their account.
- Members also permit the Company to use the materials, documents and build records that have become a pass case (Article 17) to improve the Service, free of charge and non-exclusively. This permission continues regardless of account deletion.
- Except for the entrustment of processing described in the Privacy Policy, the Company does not give members' materials to others or make them public.
- The document frameworks (templates), the Service's screens, programs and writing rules, and the rights to them belong to the Company.
Article 16 Limitations of the documents and member review
- Because the documents are made by generative AI based on the member's materials and answers, they may contain content that is inaccurate or missing, or awkward sentences. Before applying, members must check that the documents match the facts and, where they do not, correct them through edit requests or fix the files before using them.
- The Company does not guarantee a document-screening pass or employment.
- Please check the conditions and deadlines of job postings directly with the organization that posted them.
- The copy in my language is a reading translation to help understand the content of the documents, so its wording may differ from the original. Please use the Korean documents when applying.
Article 17 Result reports, pass verification and pass cases
- Members may tell the Service the result of applying with the documents. When reporting a document-screening pass, a member can receive pass verification by uploading a capture of the pass notice or interview notice (including an interview schedule invitation sent by the hiring company).
- The Company uses generative AI to read and check the pass or interview notice wording, the company name and the notice date in the capture, and a staff member checks it if it is hard to read. If the notice date is earlier than the completion date of the documents for that order, the result was not received with documents made by the Service, so it is not eligible for verification. If you disagree with the result of the check, please let the Company know by email. A staff member will check it again.
- When pass verification is confirmed, a free build is given once per account. The free build can be used to build documents once after the official launch, and it cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for money. How to use it and the deadline will be set at the official launch and announced by email. If it is found that verification was obtained falsely, the free build is withdrawn.
- Captures are used only for checking and are deleted once the check is finished. The results of the check (company name, wording read, notice date) are kept until account deletion.
- The materials, documents and build records of an order with a confirmed document-screening pass become a pass case and are used for the following.
- Service quality control: tests that apply the writing rules or checks again to passed documents each time the rules or checks are changed
- Structural reference for other members' documents: an anonymous example is made with all names, company and school names, contact details, numbers and proper nouns removed, and it is used as a reference for structure (the size of headings, the grammar of lines, the flow of paragraphs) when building documents for members in the same job field. Sentences and facts are not copied, and if any sentence is copied, the checks catch and fix it.
- Pass cases are kept regardless of account deletion. When a member deletes their account, the pass cases are kept as pseudonymized information, with the parts that can identify an individual, such as names, contact details, and company and school names, replaced. The criteria and safeguards for the use in paragraph 5 are described in the Privacy Policy.
- Companies confirmed through pass verification may appear as company logos in "Companies where RZMEE users passed document screening" on the home page. This does not reveal who the member is or which documents were involved.
Article 18 Prohibited acts
Members must not do any of the following.
- Signing up with another person's information, or building documents with another person's materials
- Asking the Service to make up work history, education or qualifications the member does not have, or using such documents in applications
- Reselling the Service or documents to others, for example by selling document-writing services
- Accessing the Service or scraping content by automated means
- Getting around or breaking the Service's security or check mechanisms, or hiding instructions in materials to try to change how the AI is set to work
- Uploading materials that infringe the rights of others or violate the law
- Pretending to be the Company or its operators
If a member causes damage to the Company or others through a prohibited act, the member must compensate for that damage. Separately from any restriction on use under Article 20, the Company may take civil or criminal action in accordance with relevant laws.
Article 19 Obligations of the Company
- The Company makes efforts to provide the Service continuously and stably in accordance with the law and these Terms.
- The Company protects members' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- When the Company receives a member's opinion or complaint, it informs the member of the result by email. If it cannot be handled right away, the Company informs the member of the reason and the schedule for handling it.
Article 20 Account deletion and restrictions on use
- Members may delete their account at any time with "Delete account" in "Manage my profile". When a member deletes their account, deletion of the account, materials, documents (including edit history and the copy in my language), points history, and result report and pass verification records starts right away, everything is deleted within 10 days at the latest, and remaining beta points are canceled as well. However, pass cases (Article 17) are pseudonymized and kept rather than deleted, and login records are kept for 3 months as required by law and then deleted. Please download any files you need before deleting your account. You can also make the request by email (talkto@rzmee.com).
- If a member engages in a prohibited act under Article 18, the Company may restrict their use after notifying them by email in advance of the reason, the type and period of the restriction, and how to file an objection. In urgent cases where serious harm would be caused to other members or the Service, the Company restricts use first and notifies the member right away.
- Before terminating the service agreement, the Company sets a period of at least 30 days and gives the member an opportunity to explain.
- A member who disagrees with a restriction on use may file an objection by email within 14 days from the day they received the notice, and the Company informs the member of the result within 14 days from the day it receives the objection.
Article 21 Damages and limitation of liability
- If the Company or a member violates these Terms and causes damage to the other party, the party at fault compensates for that damage. However, this does not apply if there was no intent or negligence.
- Because the beta service is provided free of charge, the Company does not compensate for damage suffered by members in connection with using the beta service.
- The Company is not responsible for failing to provide the Service for reasons not attributable to it, such as natural disasters or outages at outside providers that the Company cannot prevent.
- The Company is not responsible for results arising from a member applying without checking the documents, or from a member uploading materials that are not true.
- This Article does not reduce any liability that the law imposes on the Company, including liability for damages under the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법).
Article 22 Dispute resolution, governing law and jurisdiction
- If a dispute arises, the Company and the member first discuss it in good faith by email.
- The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these Terms and the use of the Service.
- Lawsuits are filed with the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act (민사소송법).
